Monday is Laundry Day
Key to My Heart by Linda Rick

This is pretty "Monday is Laundry Day" by Linda Rick. She's a Key to My Heart doll, made using the body mold that was used for the 18-inch JC Penney and Tonner Ann Estelle dolls.  As such, she can share clothing with Big Ann and Penney.  Since Big Ann isn't being made any more, the Key to My Heart dolls are good substitutes when you want to provide some companionship for your Big Ann. I love the Linda Rick Key to My Heart dolls, but there is one thing about them that I don't like, and that is their wigs.  They are too shiny and not very good quality.  Therefore, I've rewiggd all the Linda Rick dolls I've bought.  Monday had a very shiny greenish-blonde wig, which I have replaced with a curly blonde one from Monique.  She's much happier with her new hairdo. Bitty Brynne by Helen Kish

Helen Kish's Bitty Brynne.  This is the debut doll that was offered to club members before the production doll was introduced.  Brynne stand 10 inches tall.  Her wig is a mass of soft, dark curls.  Brynne wears a green knit shirt, accented by red stitching, and a richly embroidered felt overdress of vibrant red and black.  Completing her ensemble is a pair of black tights and black lace-up-the-back boots. The Spirit of Winter

This is The Spirit of Winter, one of four "seasons" dolls in the "Facets of the Eternal Feminine" collection, produced in 2006, and limited to 500 pieces.  Winter uses the Electra fashion doll sculpt.  She is dressed in a lovely outfit consisting of a two piece dress topped by a  fur-trimmed bright red  tunic-length felt jacket.  A black felt hat is embellished with a large felt poinsettia blossom.  Under her dress she wears back tights/stockings and pair of high boots. The Spirit of Winter is a lovely doll. Annerosli is a totally charming 15-1/2 inch vinyl doll ( with cloth torso signed by artist) by German designer Nicole Marschollek-Menzer.  She has a beautiful red mohair wig and lovely blue glass eyes.  Her face has a whimsical sprinkling of freckles.  Annerosli dressed for her violin recital in a beruffled satin frock an a dark plaid denim jacket.  She also wears black knee socks and red suede Mary Jane shoes.  Her little violin and case is awaiting her turn on stage.  This is an excellent chance to add a truly lovely collectible Zwergnase doll to your collection. This little munchkin is 12-inch Sail Away With Me, by Linda Rick.  Her original wig was extremely shiny and not a nice texture.  I have rewigged her in a Monique wig that is much nicer quality and a prettier color.  It's hard to see in the picture, but she has an adorable sprinkling of freckles across her nose. Lucinda is an adorable 19-inch doll, produced in a limited edition of 200 worldwide,  according to an original design by world-renowned doll artist, Heloise.  She was hand made and hand painted in Germany.

Lucinda is made of creamy smooth resin, with a firmly-stuffed cloth body.  Her internal armature allows for  easy posing.  With her delicate features and cute little freckles, she's sure to become a favorite in your doll collection. Lucinda is dressed in a two-piece pant outfit of lightweight silk, topped with a coordinating coat.  She wears white shoes that are decorated to match the coat.  Just the thing for taking her two little pups for a stroll.
